This sermon goes over the wicked sin of Bearing False Witness. The bible is clear that this sin is a very serious sin. The punishment for false witness according to the bible is to be punished with the same punishment that would be given to the person you are false witnessing about. This sin is probably one of the most damaging sins you can do to someone. If you lie about something someone did you are potentially destroying their life.
