Why are Reprobates Compared to Dogs?

In this sermon Pastor Anderson goes over why the bible often refers to Sodomites and false prophets as Dogs. There is no question that whenever the bible talks about dogs it is never a good thing. Don't get confused though because the bible is not necessarily referring to your pet. The bible is more likely talking about a reprobate. The reason though that reprobates are compared to dogs is because lets face it dogs are gross! They do things that humans find abominable and unfortunately reprobates do the same abominable things!
Why are Reprobates compared to Dogs?
1) Unclean and unsanitary
2) Implacable, never stop, dogs will continue to eat constantly.
3) They are Fearful
4) They are predators
