In this sermon Pastor Anderson goes over what Speaking with Tongues means biblically. He also exposes the false movement that tongue speaking is some weird unknown gibberish "Heavenly Language". Actually, speaking with Tongues is just an act of God helping Christians preach the Gospel to others who speak different languages. Speaking in tongues is something that was a miracle of God that falls upon people in order for the Gospel to be preached. So there is no reason for tongue speaking to be going on in a church where everyone speaks English.
