1) Reading the Real Bible the KJV
2) Listen to instruction - Pastors, Parents, older wiser people, etc.
3) Use your Brain - Doing math, Memorize things, Using maps, Brain Games
4) Reading & Studying other Subjects other than the Bible
5) Godly Music; Listening, singing and playing
6) Hands on Working - Car, Technology, Plumbing, House work, Painting, etc.
7) Have conversations with Intelligent people

1) Cheap entertainment - TV, Video Games and Comic books
2) Talk Radio
3) Foolish Companions
4) Reading Internet articles as substitute for Books
5) Rock Music and Pop Music
6) Never Challenging your brain always go for Technology; Spell Check, Calculator
