Exceed the Righteousness of the Scribes and Pharisees

This is an amazing sermon where Pastor Anderson goes over how Jesus in Matthew Chapter 5 is Not throwing out the law but is in fact strengthening it. In this chapter Jesus is hammering the fact that we are all sinners and therefore because of that we are not worthy of heaven! No one can make it to heaven, in fact even the most though of look up to people the Scribes and Pharisees are not even close to being good enough to make it to heaven! Then Pastor Anderson goes over how people that believe in a strong works base, repent of you sins kind of Gospel are the ones that are always sinning the most! And the people who believe in Faith alone are always the most strict. The reason why is because if you believe you have to be Good to get to heaven then you are going to lower the bar of righteousness in order to get there. Lastly, he exposes the truth about the last few verse of Matthew 5 not being about throwing out the Justice system but being about suffering yourself to be mistreated when it is things that do not matter so that way you might win that person to the Lord.
