Desiring to be Seen of Men

In this sermon Pastor Anderson teaches that as Christians we should not try to seek praise from men but rather seek praise from God. Jesus rebuked the Pharisees for wanting to be seen and praise of men. The goal of a Christian is to please God by praying in secret preaching the Gospel and following God. Popular preaches of today and the past seek to be praised of men. Pastor Anderson exposes false teachers from the past like Charles Spurgeon for who they really are. There is a reason even non-christians put Spurgeon on a pedestal because he was teaching false works base Christianity. Don't desire to be a big shot, desire to please God.
