Delegating Responsibilities

Preached Sunday Morning September 3, 2017 at Faithful Word Baptist Church
This sermon goes over how we need to share the load and delegate responsibilities. The Pastor can't run the church by himself otherwise he would burn out and quit. So that is why we have deacons and volunteers of the church to help run the church. This is also for other areas too. Mothers need to delegate the house work to the children and at work we need to get things done on our own as much as possible and not bug the boss every time there is something hindering work.
