A Ready Pastor

This sermon is about being ready to be a Pastor and being prepared for the job in such a way that at anytime you could preach at a moments notice. A Pastor is the most important job that there is and it is crazy that men today do not take it as serious as they should. To be a Pastor you must be an expert in the bible and you must have at least read the bible 10 times before even thinking of being ready to be even trained to be a Pastor. People spend years of their lives trying to become doctors and lawyers but think they can become a Pastor with little to no training? No way, the bible is clear that a Pastor must not be a Novice which means they need years of training.
